TAPS Products
Since its inception, TAPS has delivered over 7,000 three-phase oil-filled transformers and phase shifters to customers throughout the world. TAPS products are now in service in many countries, including the United States, Canada, Chad, China, Indonesia, Kuwait, Russia, Ecuador, Yemen, Libya and Venezuela.

All TAPS products are manufactured in an ISO-9001 registered facility. In addition to its standardized products, TAPS designs and manufactures customized transformer products to meet the needs of customers with diverse applications and extreme environments.   • Step-down multi-volt transformers (More Info)
    • Step down to wide range, adjustable voltage for use with fixed-speed submersible pumps
    • Step down to specific three-phase voltage, such as 380, 415 or 480 Volts
  • Basic insulation levels (BIL)
    • Primary (input) BIL up to 200 kV BIL live-front, exposed bushing, step-down transformers
    • Primary (input) BIL up to 150 kV BIL for dead-front, enclosed bushing, step-down transformers
